The material was assumed elastothermoplastic. The dies are elastic. It should be noted that shrink-fit was considered during simulation. Both thermal and mechanical loads are considered for upper die while calculating die stresses. However, only mechanical load for lower die was considered. Effective stresses are shown in this figure. An optimized mesh system was used for this simulation.
